Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team and support our electrical apprenticeship program. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration and the ability to assist the Office Manager in various tasks.
Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and assist in daily tasks and projects.•Assist in office operations, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining supplies.•Manage communication channels, answer phones, respond to emails, and handle various inquiries.•Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office functions and support company initiatives.•Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the Office Manager.
Requirements:
•Basic Office Skills•Familiarity with office procedures as well as ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently•Excellent organizational skills•Strong communication and interpersonal skills•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
