Since 2020, Milwaukee has been sponsoring an Apprentice of the Month!  Each month a new apprentice will be selected from those attending school during that month.  Apprentices are chosen based on participation, attitude, and effort in class.  Recognition as the Milwaukee Apprentice of the Month comes with each recipient receiving a Milwaukee backpack and an assigned parking spot at the Training Center during that month of school.

For the month of November 2023, fourth-year apprentice Bernard Deatherage was chosen as the recipient of this award.  Congratulations to Bernard for his outstanding efforts in the classroom.
