If you have over 4,000+ (LNI documented) electrical hours, Request a Re-Interview, or would like to transfer from another electrical apprenticeship, please contact the JATC office for further instructions.

What is the Electrical Apprenticeship Program? The finest electrical workers in the country receive their training through the Electrical Training ALLIANCE (ALLIANCE) of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW).
The Columbia Basin Electrical Training Alliance Inside Wireman Apprenticeship Applications are AVAILABLE during the months of January & June. Applications are submitted online and are available 24-7 during that window. There is a $50.00 application fee payable by credit/debit card at the time of application creation.
Click above to access the online application link. Create an account by clicking "Create Account" and filling out the form to request a new account. Once your account has been approved, read the online application introduction text, pay the $50.00 application fee with a major credit card or debit card, and complete the online application, including turning in your high school transcript(s).
Reading and understanding the Standards (including the Rules and Policies) and the Collective Bargaining Agreement, specifically Section IV, are required to apply to the LU112-NECA Electrical JATC Inside Wireman Apprenticeship. Find the link and attachment by clicking above.
